He started his career as trainee medicinal representative in South Delhi with Zydus Cadila and lastly joined Akums Drugs as a product manager. He started his business career when he fired from Akums because of attending interview in some other company. He is founder of Vantage Pharma Private Limited, Meher Pharma International, Swadesh Biosciences Private Limited and Astraclinical global. He is president of Rab Di Meher a national NGO and he is chief of Pharma Ratna Universe Awards. He is promoter director of Nutra and Ayurveda Producers of India. He represented Indian Pharma Industry on Zee Business and Global Pharma Industry on American TV.

Mohammad Ejaz Alam is bachelor of commerce and having 35 years of experience working with healthcare industry. He born and brought up in Lakhminia, Begusarai, Bihar. He started his career with assistant pathologist with ministry of health of Oman and then he stated his own pathological lab. He is also running is Royal Diagnostics Lab in Lakhminia, Begusarai. He is elder brother of Mohammad Shahbaz Alam.

He is having 15 years of experience working with healthcare industry and Pharma industry. He has established Royal Drugs in Lakhminia as retail pharmacy and as a first distributor in Lakhminia.
